The following was taken from the Salem Police Department Logs for Tuesday and Wednesday:
Tuesday, June 19:
4:33 p.m. Police responded to a domestic dispute at 23 Marion Road.
5:57 p.m. Police removed a hypodermic needle from the area of 7 Palmer Street.
8:17 p.m. Police responded to a report of a past assault at 295 Derby Street.
9:08 p.m. Officers responded to a domestic dispute at 26 Forest Avenue.
9:54 p.m. A man detained Kenneth Beausoleil (7/11/90) and two male juveniles he found in his backyard at 24 Abbott Street attempting to steal his son's bicycle. All three parties will be summonsed for trespassing and larceny under $250.
Wednesday, June 20:
1:27 a.m. Police responded to a report of a party throwing Oreo cookies into the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts at 152 Washington Street. Officers observed Oreo cookies on the ground in the parking lot, but no suspects in the area.
7:28 a.m. A bag containing a driver's license, a debit card, $25 in cash, an ipod, smartphone, eye contact items, and a book, was stolen from a car parked at the YMCA at 40 Leggs Hill Road. The rear window of the vehicle had been smashed.
8:15 a.m. Police took a report from a woman who's car was broken into between 7:15 and 8:09 a.m. while parked at the Planet Fitness at 19 Traders Way; a pocketbook was stolen.
10:09 a.m. Police recovered a stolen car with ignition damage and the stereo removed; Everett Police notified.
Edward Carpenter, of 56 Margin Street, was arrested on the basis of a warrant.
Stephen Haverty, of 52 Cranmore Lane in Melrose, was arrested on the basis of three warrants.
Ellis Hobby, of 99 Menlo Avenue in Lynn, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
Sarah Fialho, of Haverhill, was arrested on the basis of a warrant.
Dalung Hui, of 56 Margin Street, was arrested for malicious destruction of property over $250 and unarmed robbery.
