Tuesday, June 5:

4:10 p.m. Officers responded to a report of threats being made at Salem District Court. A warrant for intimidation of a witness will be sought for David Fronduto.

4:10 p.m. Police responded to a report of a group of homeless men loitering on the property of the Clipper Ship Inn at 40 Bridge Street. The group left without incident and was advised not to return.

4:27 p.m. Police responded to a domestic dispute at 12 Pope Street.

5:34 p.m. Animal control responded to a report of a dead seal at Forest River Park.

7:16 p.m. Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 28 Grove Street.

Wednesday, June 6:

8:10 a.m. A car at 31 Perkins Street was vandalized over night.

9:44 a.m. A man camping at Collins Cove Playground was advised that he cannot camp in a city park.

12:25 p.m. Police responded to a report that a man has been sleeping in the Beverly Cooperative Bank ATM at 73 Lafayette Street.

Arrests:

John Bastian, of 116 Lafayette Street, was arrested for breaking and entering, larceny over $250, and malicious destruction of property over $25.

Nelson Beauchamp, of 141 Franklin Street in Lynn, was arrested for driving with a revoked license and a red light or stop sign violation.

Juan Carrion, of 89 Endicott Street in Peabody, was arrested for assault and battery.

Jerry Garcia, of 34 Prince Street, was arrested on a pair of warrants.

Edward Narvaez, of 14 Tidd Street in Swampscott, was arrested for assault and battery.

Randy Funicella, of 3 Leach Street, was arrested for open and gross lewdness.

Wayne Lozzi, of 1 Goddard Drive in Nahant, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

Denise Mignault, of 14 Heritage Drive, was arrested on the basis of a warrant.
