Winner of Best Show at the New England Fringe Festival, Left & Right, has been selected to perform in New York City at the Midtown International Theatre Festival this summer. This Friday and Saturday, July 6-7, Left & Right will perform at the Griffen Theatre in Salem, MA, the final performance before the show hits the New York Stage!

Check out Left & Right in action here:

Created by Jay Pension & Nathaniel Punches, Left & Right had humble beginnings as a senior project in May 2011. Since it’s creation over a year ago it has had several public performances and has been featured in several Fringe Theatre Festivals. Left & Right is an interactive comedy like no other. See what Foster's Daily Democrat calls: "Hysterical, the perfect mix of Blue Man Group quirkiness, Three-Stooges Slapstick, and old-school silly."

About the show:

Left & Right is a two man physical/dance-comedy following conjoined twin brothers on their search for love! Cereal races, toothbrush sword fights, a close shave, and even the Macarena make for an action packed, energetic start to a show that just keeps getting bigger. After discovering it’s Valentine’s Day, Sequined bellbottoms and a flashy vest set the tone. First on the menu, the office! “Love Doctors” Left and Right encourage a healthy dose of audience participation throughout the show. Secretaries, patients, and lovers are well treated with light-hearted antics and mischievous matchmaking! After work, Left and Right prepare for their date. Flowers, a love seat and schmaltzy music provide the perfect setting for Left and Right to woo their new found love from the audience. Yet, only one can get the girl. Who will she choose? Can our brothers cope with being torn apart?

Performances:  Friday July 6 and Saturday July 7 at 8 pm

The Griffen Theatre, 7 Lynde St. Salem, MA 01970
