State budget hearing tonight at Salem State University

The Executive Office of Administration and Finance has announced a public hearing on the state budget for Fiscal year 2014 tonight at Salem State University.

Jay Gonzalez, secretary of administration and finance, will hold a short presentation to begin the meeting, and then listen to testimony, comments and questions from the audience regarding the public's priorities for funding.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. inside Marsh Hall, 71B Loring Avenue, Salem, on the university's central campus (in the same parking lot as the public safety office, next to the Bertolon School of Business).

Tonight's meeting will be repeated tomorrow night in Boston in the Charles F. Hurley Building in Boston (19 Staniford Street).
