Four college-bound teens each received a $1,000 scholarship from Scituate Federal Savings Bank after graduating with exceptional academic achievements from high school.

The scholarships, created to honor Allen R. Wheeler, the former president and chairman of the Bank, were handed out to students in the four towns the bank has branches in: Cassidy Paini of Scituate, Kaileigh J. Jarvis of Marshfield, James P. Arnold of Norwell, and Molly Clark of Hingham.

Paini and Clark will be attending the University of New Hampshire, Jarvis will be attending Alfred University in New York, and Arnold will be attending the University of Maryland.
