Somerville arrest log: drugs, weapons, assault

Last week's arrest log includes assault and weapons charges. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Police booked Siggy Ochoa, 27, of 2 Austin St., on Tuesday afternoon on charges of possessing a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

Officers nabbed Jose Moreno, 22, of 69 Florence St., on Tuesday afternoon on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon, and threatening to commit a crime.

Police also arrested a local juvenile on Tuesday afternoon on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime, and drug possession.

Officers booked Aurora Barnes, 36, of 119 Central St., on Wednesday morning on a warrant for charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and defacing property.

Police nabbed Danielle Valmont, 22, of 23 Melvin St., on Wednesday morning on a warrant for assault and battery and destruction of property under $250, among other charges.

Officers arrested Justin McDonald, 27, of 4 Pearl St., on Wednesday afternoon on a warrant for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police booked Michael Barnett, 29, of 500 Mystic Ave., on Thursday morning on a warrant for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Officers nabbed Jose Hernandez, 42, of 50 Broadway, early Saturday morning on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
