Sandra Bullock movie crew to make camp in Somerville

Somerville will be visited this week by the crew of a Sandra Bullock movie, "The Heat," as the production prepares to shoot scenes in neighboring Cambridge.

Traffic and parking in the area of Washington and Beacon Streets will be restricted starting Wednesday night until Monday evening, according to the city.

"No Parking" signs will be posted, and police officers will be on hand to direct traffic.

Filming will be taking place indoors, although trailers, trucks, and other film-related vehicles are expected to line neighborhood streets during the shoot.
