Community meetings regarding Green Line Extension Project

The following was submitted by the City of Somerville:

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and the MBTA will hold six community meetings throughout January and February to provide details about noise and retaining walls proposed for segments of the Green Line Extension Project. All residents are welcome to attend and learn about what is proposed in your neighborhood. 

Meetings will be held as follows:

·Wednesday, Jan. 8. 6 – 8 p.m.
Holiday Inn, 30 Washington Street

·Tuesday, Jan. 14. 6 – 8 p.m.
Holiday Inn, 30 Washington Street

·Wednesday, Jan. 15. 6 – 8 p.m.
Center for Arts at the Armory, 191 Highland Avenue

·Wednesday, Jan. 22. 6 – 8 p.m.
Center for Arts at the Armory, 191 Highland Avenue

·Tuesday, Feb. 4. 6 – 8 p.m.
Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, 41 Second Street, East Cambridge

·Wednesday, Feb. 5. 6 – 8 p.m.
St. Clement School, 579 Boston Avenue, Medford
