South Boston resident Kimberly Steimle was recently named as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Leaders by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

The annual award highlights individuals in Boston and beyond for their professional, personal, and civic commitments to improving the quality of life for those in the community.

Steimle is chief marketing officer for Suffolk Construction.All ten of the 2012 recipients of the “Ten Outstanding Young Leaders Award” will be honored at a reception Jun. 21 at the Westin Waterfront Hotel.
