Developers and officials with the city of Boston recently celebrated the topping-off of the $120 million Waterside Place residential development, marking a significant milestone in the project.

Lead by The Drew Company and located on the corner of Congress and D Streets in the Innovation District, the 20-story structure will eventually house 236 residential units, 140 parking spaces, 7,000 square feet of space for startups, and 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

The majority of the units will be one and two bedrooms.

Crewsbroke ground on the project in the summer of 2012 and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.
