The Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Fort Point Channel Operation Board are searching for a few good artists and designers to add more life to the Boston Waterfront.

Organizations that wish to submit proposals must be tax-exempt or operate under the fiscal sponsorship of a tax-exempt nonprofit. Proposals from for-profit organizations will be accepted at the discretion of the Fort Point Channel Operations Board.

Eligible projects include those that build water-based infrastructure to support the Fort Point Channel Watersheet Activation Plan as well as project that support public programming in the area including public events, art installations, and public education installations.

Those interested in applying for the $50,000 pilot grant must do so by May 15.

More information about the grant can be found here.
