Stephi’s in Southie, a new restaurant slated for the recently completed building at 11 West Broadway in South Boston, could open as early as Tuesday, according to a spokesperson for the restaurant.

Based off the popular eatery Stephanie’s on Newbury, the South Boston restaurant will serve both lunch and dinner, in addition to a late-night menu and brunch options on the weekend.

With entrances on both West Broadway and Dorchester Avenue, the restaurant can seat approximately 150 in its main dining area, lounge, main bar, and wine bar.

The main bar and lounge area will feature several large TVs and the dining room will include a fire place.

The hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.

The new location will be owner Stephanie Sidell Sokolove’s third location; she also has restaurants on Tremont Street and Newbury Street.

Stephi’s, however, is not the only new businesses that has moved into the recently completed building. Starbucks coffee has occupied one of its commercial spaces in addition to a Subway sandwich shop.

Along with the ground-floor commercial space, the six-story building, constructed by the Natick-based Bodwell Pine Corporation, includes 50 residential rental units and 26 parking spaces.
