Actress and Watertown native Eliza Dushku visited Boston and her hometown last week to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Actress Eliza Dushku came home to Watertown last week to celebrate the Fourth of July, check out Watertown's new Victory Field, and catch a Red Sox versus Yankees game, according to her Twitter and Facebook pages.
"Happy 4th of July, everybody! Fireworks already poppin' in #Boston right now!" Dushku tweeted on July 4, adding enthusiastic remarks about hearing the Dropkick Murphys play and sharing photos via Instagram of herself during fireworks.The actress also took time to visit Watertown's newly-completed Victory Field, uploading a video of herself running around the bases there on her Facebook page.
"I Red Raided the bases at the new (and beautiful!) Victory Field for my former WHS in Watertown~ check out my speed/agility/mad skills!" Dushku captioned her Facebook video.
The Watertown native also visited a plaque bearing her surname and announcing her high school graduation year, sharing the photo on Instagram with the caption, "#Represent!! #Watertown #Mass #Victory Field."
Dushku also tweeted, "#whattatown #watertown #ma no place like home!" on July 6.
The actress is known for her roles in movies like Bring It On and The New Guy, as well as TV series like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Dollhouse.
