Developer to meet with Watertown residents about proposed condo development

Burkhard Corp. Development will meet with local residents tonight to discuss a proposed 14-unit condominium complex at 192 Pleasant St.

A Weston-based development company will hold a meeting for Watertown residents to discuss its proposal to build a 14-unit condominium complex on Pleasant Street.

Burkhard Corp. Development is hoping to put the new residential building at the property where Bacon Industries was formerly housed, according to a flyer the developers distributed to neighbors.

The meeting will take place tonight, Dec. 19, at 6 p.m. at the property, 192 Pleasant St. in Watertown. There will be light refreshments served, and parking is available on site.
