The Arsenal Center for the Arts in Watertown has received a $5,000 grant from Belmont Savings Bank Foundation to help young artists, according to the company.

The grant will be used to install and maintain semiannual exhibitions for local young artists, as well as provide high quality art instruction to young people in the Watertown community, including the children of low-income families.
