The event, which features a donation drive and adoption rally, will be held Thursday, Dec. 19 at Mimecast's new Watertown headquarters on Pleasant Street, according to company representatives.

The company has partnered with MSPCA Angell, a Massachusetts-based animal rescue organization, to hold the event.

The donation drive will include a collection of the MSPCA’s wish list products, including toys, beds and monetary donations. There will also be an adoption rally, where a representative from the MSPCA will share the stories of dogs available for adoption, and possibly introduce some of the pups to those present.

For more information on adopting a pet, visit the MSPCA's official website.
