Newton-Wellesley employees blog their preparations for the big race

Posted March 25, 2009 09:38 AM

On April 20 22,000 people will compete in the Boston Marathon. At least three of those runners will be from Newton-Wellesley Hospital. These employees, Sue Miller, a registered dietitian; Cody Weisbach, a physical therapist; and Steve Cohen a registered nurse, are even keeping a blog of their training experiences.

The blog is replete with anecdotes, lessons learned, and the ups and downs that come with training for a 26.2 mile jaunt. Over the next four weeks, we will periodically link up to the blog to see how our local runners are doing in the lead up to the big race.
