Columnist and author Suzy Welch and her husband former General Electric CEO Jack Welch will discuss her new book 10-10-10: A Life Transforming Idea at Babson College Thursday in an event sponsored by the school’s Center for Women’s Leadership.

In her new book, Suzy Welch offers experiences from her own life and the lives of others who are practicing her process for cutting through confusion to instant clarity in solving personal and professional dilemmas. Welch shows how exploring the impact of decisions in different time frames surfaces unconscious agendas, fears, needs and desires, leading to inspring outcomes.

Suzy Welch is a work/life columnist for O, The Oprah Magazine and a contributor to O’s Big Book of Happiness. The mother of four teenagers and former editor of the Harvard Business Review, Welch also is an Executive in Residence at the Women’s Leadership Center.

Suzy and Jack Welch are co-authors of the best selling book Winning. Their column, “The Welch Way’’ is published nationally by Business Week and internationally by the New York Times syndicate.

The talk is from 6 to 8 p.m. in Knight Auditorium on the Babson campus in Wellesley. It is free and open to the public.
