Thanksgiving Day road race to shut down Linden Street in Wellesley Thursday morning

A Thanksgiving Day road race will shut down Linden Street in Wellesley on Thursday morning, according to the Wellesley Police website.

The road closure will be near Roche Brothers beginning at 8 a.m., and will last for about 15 minutes.

Runners will race through Wellesley Square and portions of the Wellesley College Campus, and will finish back at Linden Street.

Residents should use caution driving in the area on Thursday morning. Police officers will be on hand to assist with traffic.
