The Weston Public Library is featuring 25 years of architectural design by Weston resident Gary Wolf, AIA, in an exhibition that runs through the month of September, according to a press release from Wolf.

President of Boston's Wolf Architects, Inc., Wolf has completed buildings in the communities west of Boston and throughout Massachusetts and beyond; many of his projects have been recognized with awards and have appeared in publications at local and national levels.

The exhibit features more than 30 over-sized photographs of Wolf's projects, along with a variety of architectural drawings, from sketches to computer renderings, in order to represent the process of architectural design.

Several building models are also featured in the exhibition, as well as examples of mock-ups of materials that are prepared for the architect's approval before they are actually built.

Wolf, who has lived in Weston for 27 years, graduated from Cornell University and received his Master of Architecture degree from Princeton University. He also has a master's degree in architectural history from the University of Virginia.

His firm provides designs for both new construction and historic buildings; among his recent clients are Boston Properties, the Longy School of Music at Bard College in Cambridge, the Longyear Museum in Chestnut Hill, and St. James Armenian Apostolic Church in Watertown. He is currently working with homeowners in Weston, Needham, Cambridge, and Lexington on residential designs.

A reception for the exhibition where visitors can meet Wolf is open to the public and will be held Tuesday, Sept. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the library on School Street in Weston.

For more information, contact Gary Wolf at Wolf Architects, 98 North Washington St., Boston, MA 02114; 617-742-7557; or gwolf@wolfarchitects.com.
