The Weston Board of Selectmen will hold an informational meeting on Wednesday, April 10th at 7:30 p.m. in the Amy Potter Center of the Weston Middle School, 456 Wellesley Street, for residents to learn more about Urbanica's proposal for re-use of the Josiah Smith Tavern and Old Library buildings, according to a press release.

Urbanica is proposing 3-4 residential condominiums in the Old Library, a bed and breakfast inn in the Josiah Smith Tavern, a restaurant in the Barn (80 seats) and space for the Weston Historical Society and Women's Community League in an addition to be built along the back of the Tavern and Barn.

Information on the Urbanica proposal and the status of the Josiah Smith Tavern and Old Library can be found on the Town’s website www.weston.org under Town projects.
