Dorchester hosted its annual Tet in Boston celebration on Feb. 2.
The Vietnamese festival celebrates the New Year with food, games, and entertainment, drawing close to 3,000 participants from across New England.
The event was organized by the Vietnamese American Community of Massachusetts and the Intercollegiate Vietnamese Student Association of New England.
On Feb. 23, the Vietnamese American Initiative for Development will host the Viet-AID Tet Festival. The event, held at the organizations headquarters on Charles Street from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., will include Vietnamese delicacies, dances, and firecrackers.
