With the cast and crew of “R.I.P.D.’’ setting up shop in Quincy this week, veteran actor James Hong decided to scout a few locations himself. Hong, who’s best known for his work in “Blade Runner’’ and “Black Widow,’’ was spied with a young posse at the Cathay Pacific Restaurant in North Quincy, where the 82-year-old actor dined and then displayed some nifty moves on the dance floor as The Hip Shot Band performed…
