Rosebud Diner
Rosebud Diner, a 71-year-old historic landmark, was tentatively purchased by restaurateur Martin Bloom in late January and will be officially sold by mid-June.
Bloom announced on May 6 that he will initially lease the historic dining car and attached bar, but a lessee may not be lined up by the time of the sale.
The Rosebud’s current ower Evangelos Nichols has owned the diner since the 1970s.
The diner will be historically restored and the menu changed, Bloom said, but he wants to keep the nostalgic feel, including its fluorescent pink sign and gothically painted exterior.
