Last September Andrea Hasselbacher traded in a full-time job filling prescriptions at Cambridge Hospital to tend the garden and do the books at Journeyman in Somerville. And on Tuesdays, when the restaurant is closed, she takes over the kitchen to turn out homemade ice-cream sandwiches that she sells under the name Beakers & Cream.
