Somerville Songwriter Sessions kicks off

The Somerville Songwriter Sessions at the Armory Café kicked off its 2013 season with a concert on January 5 performed by its five co-hosts and producers: Terry Kitchen, Beth DeSombre, Bethel Steele, Laura Bullock and Jan Luby. The first of a monthly series—which will typically take place on the first Saturday of each month—featured a short solo set by each performer, followed by a Nashville-style round robin where the performers traded songs and stories.
