Highlander Girls Booters Qualify for the Tournament
With the season down to the final games, the Somerville High girls' soccer team has a reason to celebrate. After suffering a 2-0 loss to Methuen last Monday, the Highlanders regrouped and delivered a solid 4-0 shutout win over Mt. Alvernia on Wednesday. As a result, the Highlanders stand at 9-7-1 overall and played Monday against Latin Academy. The Somerville News, 11/2/09
