Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba classes are held at the Waltham Y on Thursday mornings. Membership is $40 a month for people between 18 and 29, $50 a month for ages 30 to 64, and $40 a month for people 65 and older, plus a one-time $25 joining fee.

“If I didn’t come here, I’d still be in my nightgown drinking coffee. This gets me up and out,” said Mary Cronin of Waltham, whose “bad knee” put an end to her daily three-mile walks.
