How to make:
1. Place milk, sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate in a heavy-bottomed pan
2. Stir and bring to a simmer
3. Add the Kahlua and Bailey’s
4. Place in four mugs and top with a tablespoon of Fluff and a drizzle of Bailey’s.
