Concord The fate of the long-awaited new high school for Concord and Carlisle will be decided by voters in November. The state approved funding to replace the regional school in late September paving the way for the two towns to hold special Town Meetings and an election to vote on the local share of the cost. The entire project, including design and construction, will cost about $93 million.
