Waltham's Stanley among lawmakers

State Representative Thomas M. Stanley joined three Democratic colleagues, angry over House Speaker Robert A. DeLeo's refusal to provide an accounting of hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax-funded legal bills linked to the indictment of Salvatore F. Trapelo-Lexington among crash-prone crossings

The Girl Scouts who sold the most cookies in Eastern Massachusetts last year are back at it again, with Sunday's start of holiday sales season meaning 60,000 boxes of Thin Mints, Caramel deLights, and other varieties are being sold door-to-door and at a number of venues in Waltham.
