The Board of Selectmen announced Monday that they have called a Special Town Meeting for Nov. 14, and will accept proposals for warrant articles until Sept. 30. Petition articles filed by residents require the signatures of at least 100 registered voters to be placed on the Town Meeting warrant. Details on items to be considered by Town Meeting and the process are available on the municipal website, www.wellesleyma.gov. - Evan Allen
