The days of using the MyCharlie website to reload CharlieCards will soon be coming to an end. On Nov. 15 at 8 a.m., the existing website will be replaced “with an updated version that is more accessible and easier to use,” according to the MBTA website.

On the new website, users will be able to perform a number of actions, from registering and protecting their cards to signing up for automatic payments. However, reloading funds to a specific card is not listed, meaning the only place to do this will most likely be at the T station itself.

For current users of the MyCharlie website, all information will automatically be transferred to the new website. Users who are not currently registered for automatic payments and decide to do so will receive a new CharlieCard.
