    Olynyk stinks

C's just need to settle down and chip away.  Spurs are good but not that good. The baby Celtics are playing out of control but the game is still very much in reach.

OKC was bailed out tonight.  Baby Celtics look even more impressive as a result.  Impessive performance by Boston.

Did Boston just give up 20 points in one quarter on Free throws?

  • Posted 12/20/2014 09:06:10 EST

The Celtics were fleeced. Boston gave up the two best players in the deal and received what? a low draft pick? a has-been who was never good to begin with? One can say that getting something for Rondo more »

We need to shoot fewer threes and work the ball to Sullinger more than the head case Jeff Green.

No Rondo, no Smart, no problem. The baby Celtics are learning how to play together.  7 players in double figures, 45 rebounds to 38. Impessive win.

He won't ever get to see the light of day. With Rondo manning the point Smart won't get but about 15 minutes per game. If Ainge felt that Vonleh was too raw he should have gone with McBuggets.

I have read that Vonleh is still growing plus he has a wingspan of something like 10'!

Just saw that Vonleh had 18 rebounds. I think that we could use a guy like that to man the middle!

I worry about this too. Vonleh and Early would have been better for Boston' s needs.

Dang,  well that's it.  One bad  preseason game he might as well call it quits. His career is over.

I still think that Ainge messed up by not drafting Vonleh. Drafting Smart was redundant.  That's why I am not optimistic about this team.
