JBJ's D is quite impressive. That may have been our best play of the season. Maybe it's the play that keeps the yankees out of the playoffs for 3 straight seasons.

One less obvious item that hasn't been discussed is the lack of leadership. Pedey is a leader but he's not on the field 50% of the time now. Ortiz is a leader but he doesn't play the field. Hanel more »

and by the way, 7 out of the starting 9 were home grown which I think is pretty cool. Only Ortiz and Panda and Ortiz will never be known for Seattle or Minnesota.......

Give HanRam 15 days to rest then 15 days to practice 1B, maybe with a few minor league games then I want to see him play the last 20 games at 1B....tell him to be ready for 1B on Feb 15th.
