Habs totally rattled -- cheap shots aren't working for them.

Notice that the TB PP started with one guy low and four guys high. They spread out and then all advanced toward the net together, passingand moving -- made it look easy.

    Go TB!

Wow does Tampa know how to run a power play!

"No other d-man can go back and forth -- create something -- like PK." Really? After all the running around he created an average shot on net.

Ohhh -- PK has extra room on the ice. Watch out. Yeah, watch out for him to get turned...

Oh look, Tampa just called for embellishment. We're in Montreal, right?

That's gotta be goalie interference -- with Price's brain. Stamkos's dekes won't be allowed next year, simple as that.

Habs v Tampa -- 2nd period -- I give Subban an 8.5 on the dive.

    Will Ells steal third?

I'm guessing that, if anything, the RS are watching to see how he handles the outer half, since he clearly kills anything on the inside. He's smart and quick -- I doubt he'll have a problem adjusting.

Can Buch and Miley go on the DL at the same time? Then bring up some of the kids? Couldn't do any worse.

Yeah, but Lucic can hit an open net more times than not...

Yeah he's terrific. But if the refs hadn't intervened he might not have looked quite so great.

Other than the Bruin, no one I'd like better to take these guys out. Watch for serious Mtl acrobatics in the next game...

Porcello routinely leaves pitches over the middle -- and I mean center -- of the plate. I noticed this in the last few games and he's doing it again. No wonder he gives up home runs.

Slashing is common, for sure. But it's usually slashing out of anger. Not so in this case.

I have a more conspiratorial take on this. The slash was opportunistic and purposeful. Subban is an expert at this stuff, so you can see how he skates over to Stone -- who's pretty much not moving at more »

You could tell Buch was sceered to pitch to Ells right off the bat. Then downhill from there.

Thing is, I have a feeling the Sox will get these runs back, if we can just keep them from getting more.
