Then, Thursday, the actor landed a spot on Time magazine’s 2018 list of “100 Most Influential People in the World.”

“My friend John Krasinski is awesome. He’s very strong. He’s tall and handsome,” actor Chris Pratt wrote for the feature. “He is a New England Patriots fan … but nobody’s perfect.”

Once he moved past the jokes, Pratt also wrote that Krasinski’s work on “A Quiet Place” “redefines his place in Hollywood.”

“John started 2018 as Jim from The Office and has emerged as a bona fide visionary and respected filmmaker,” Pratt said.
