Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger appeared for the first time in public as a couple

The couple announced their engagement in January.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger made their red carpet debut as a couple at the world premiere of “Avengers: Endgame’’ in Los Angeles on Monday.

The couple, who announced their engagement on Instagram in January, have shared multiple photos of each other on social media, but this was the first time they’ve appeared together publicly.

Pratt, the lead in Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy’’ franchise and one of the stars of “Avengers: Infinity War,’’ assembled on the red carpet with a number of “Endgame’’ stars, including Brie Larson (Captain Marvel), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Evans (Captain America), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Danai Gurira (Okoye), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), and Chris Hemsworth (Thor).


Marvel actors from past movies also stopped by. Among the attendees were Anthony Mackie, Gwyn­eth Paltrow, and Natalie Portman. Matt Damon, who had a small cameo in “Thor: Ragnarok,’’ even attended the premiere.

“Avengers: Endgame’’ hits theaters on April 26.
