Howie Mandel wants to bring his ‘90s animated series “Bobby’s World’’ back, and he wants you to pay for it.

Rather than setting a Kickstarter or GoFundMe page, Mandel is taking a more direct approach to crowd-funding — asking fans face-to-face.

TMZ caught up with Mandel as he panhandled fans on the street in what he said was an attempt to raise funds for a return of his kids show.

At one point in the clip, the “America’s Got Talent’’ judge actually gets $20 from a person, who then asks the comedian for a handshake.

Of course Mandel, a known germophobe, declined.
