There’s a boozefest on its way to Boston.
Superfly, renowned festival organizers who are responsible for Bonnaroo and San Francisco’s Outside Lands Festival, are producing the country’s first craft cocktail tour, and it’s coming to Boston.
Cocktail Magic will hit four cities, with the Boston stop on March 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Castle at Park Plaza. The tour will include mixologists from several Boston bars, as well as Chicago’s Broken Shaker, New York City’s Clover Club, and Denver’s Williams & Graham. The Boston date will also feature a live DJ set by Neon Indian and magic performances by Jon Armstrong, Matthew Holtzclaw, Noah Levine, and Francis Menotti.
The lineup for all of the dates of Cocktail Magic was curated by Julie Reiner (of Clover Club and Leyenda) and Andy Seymour (co-founder of Liquid Production), and will feature food pairings from Brooklyn’s Roberta’s. Like Bonnaroo, Cocktail Magic aims to be a destination event for the craft cocktail enthusiast. Luckily, Bostonians won’t have to travel ar to experience this event.
Here’s Boston’s lineup — as you can see, it’s a murderer’s row of expert drink makers:
