Here are the Massachusetts natives who took home Grammys

Leading the way was Nantucket’s Meghan Trainor, who won Best New Artist.

Monday night’s Grammys saw big wins for the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift, and Alabama Shakes. But a few local artists also came away with trophies.

Nantucket’s Meghan Trainor, best known for “All About That Bass’’ and “Dear Future Husband,’’ took home the Grammy for Best New Artist.

“Girl Crush,’’ a song performed by Little Big Town and co-written by Stoughton native Lori McKenna, won two Grammys, one for Best Country Duo/Group Performance and one for Best Country Song.

The Boston Symphony Orchestra received the award for Orchestral Performance for its recording of “Shostakovich: Under Stalin’s Shadow — Symphony No. 10’’ under conductor Andris Nelsons.
