Neil Diamond probably doesn’t need to sing for his supper, but the musician did so anyway on Saturday, with a rousing rendition of “Sweet Caroline.”

Diamond serenaded a restaurant full of patrons in Brooklyn, according to a tweet from Diamond’s wife and manager, Katie Diamond.

“So last night having dinner in Brooklyn, the husband @neildiamond decided to lead an impromptu sing-a-long!” she tweeted on Sunday, adding the hashtag #itsfunbeingmarriedtoarockstar.

Judging by the number of diners on their feet and with their phones out in the video, Diamond can definitely still command an audience 50 years after the initial release of his biggest hit.
