As more people in the state get vaccinated, become eligible to get vaccinated, and local coronavirus numbers trend downward, conversations about tip-toeing back into the workplaces — once bustling office spaces that now collect dust — have begun.
For many in the workforce, the last year was defined by adjusting to life at home. Conference calls took place from kitchens, daily catch-ups happened over Zoom, and some have yet to meet new colleagues in person, despite working closely together. As things open back up and companies discuss returning to in-person work — whether it’s a set date or a gradual re-entry schedule — some might feel conflicted. We want to hear how you feel about it.
Maybe you feel that it’s too early to return and wonder about protocols in place to keep you and your colleagues safe from contracting or spreading the virus? Perhaps you have adjusted to life at home well and don’t miss the commute. Maybe you enjoy working from home and found that your job function was not affected?
