Winter may not seem like the most opportune time for a cruise, but one upcoming cruise will allow passengers to spot creatures that nestle near Boston Harbor and its surrounding areas during the colder months.

On Saturday, Jan. 26, Boston Harbor Islands Park rangers and naturalists from the National Park Service, New England Aquarium, and Mass Audubon will set sail to observe winter wildlife in Boston Harbor and around the outer harbor islands.

The 300-person cruise will offer indoor and outdoor seating, as well as food, warm beverages, and a full bar. For younger attendees, there will be junior ranger and children’s activities on board. Tickets for adults cost $30, while those for guests 65 years and older are $25, and children ages 3 – 11 can board for $15.
