Flow and glow-in-the-dark at this City Winery yoga class

The session is set to 90's hip-hop music.

This glow-in-the-dark yoga class serves up an extra level of funk.

On March 2, Hip Hop Yoga Warriors & Mimosas returns to Boston. This means downward dogs to a beat, champagne-fueled chatting, and, for this particular iteration, glow-in-the-dark accessories. During this session at the North End’s City Winery, participants can stretch and strengthen in an hourlong flow led by Jaimee Ratliff to the beats of 90’s hip-hop music while decked out in luminescent adornments.

After the class ends, a 45-minute mimosas and mingling session will ensue, coupled with a raffle for wellness goodies.

The class itself gets going at 11 a.m., but it’s recommended that participants arrive early to get their hands on the complimentary glowing accessories. A general admission ticket is $30, and attendees must bring their own yoga mats, as no extras will be available at the venue.
