Starting Monday, it’s trucking season on the Rose Kennedy Greenway — food truck season, that is.
Last year, more than 600,000 people were served on the Greenway. This year, in the eighth iteration of its Mobile Eats program, 38 vendors will dish out eats across seven areas in the park, seven days a week.
Seven new vendors will spice up the program’s menu this time around, including Korean cuisine from Bibim Box, sweets from Clyde’s Cupcakes and Montilio’s Baking Company, and Indian fare from Spicy Salaa. Returning trucks include Bon Me, Chicken and Rice Guys, The Cookie Monstah, and Zinneken’s Waffles.
“From Indian delicacies and Korean fusion to fresh seafood and specialty pizza — our trucks never disappoint the neighborhood’s lunchtime crowd,” reads a press release.
