Boston.com’s Alexa Pozniak visited George Foreman III (son of the two-time heavyweight champion George Foreman) at his new gym The Club in South Boston to learn about five easy exercises to burn off candy this Halloween.
Here’s are some of Pozniak’s favorite candies:

York Peppermint Patty (60 calories) One serving of
Two fun-sized bags of Peanut M&Ms (180 calories)
Three fun-sized bags of Skittles (190 calories)
Does it look like your list? Then get ready, because Foreman has a workout ready for you. Once you realize how hard it is to work off, you might trim down your Halloween treat wish list.
The Club by George Foreman III offers classes, clubs, private training, team training, as well as cardio and weight equipment. Classes include varieties of boxing, cycling, yoga, and pilates, while the clubs offered focus on boxing and running.
