This high-intensity fitness studio is opening its first downtown Boston location this fall
Orangetheory Fitness has plans for 14 new locations in Massachusetts in the coming year.

Orangetheory Fitness is bringing its high-intensity workouts into downtown Boston for the first time, as well as into a plethora of other spaces in the area.
The fitness company, which groups personal training with treadmills, rowing machines, and free weights, expects to open 14 Orangetheory Fitness studios in the Greater Boston area by early next year, a spokesperson said.
Orangetheory will debut its first downtown Boston location in Back Bay, at 10 Saint James Ave., this fall. Also set to open this fall are studios in Kendall Square, at 270 Third St., and Hingham, at 15 Shipyard Dr. One in Quincy, at 21 Chestnut St., will crack its doors either late fall or early winter.
Along with those four, Orangetheory has plans in the works for six more locations in late 2016 or early 2017 in Danvers, Reading, Waltham, Concord, Walpole, and Westford. The locations of the other four future studios were not given. Currently, the company has five operating studios in Massachusetts: Brighton, Burlington, Dedham, Marlborough, and Natick.
