In December, women-focused co-working space The Wing announced plans to open a Boston location.  Now, instead of drooling over photos of its current locations around the country, members-to-be can pore over vibrant renderings of the upcoming local space.

The members-only group will take over two penthouse floors of 699 Boylston St., boasting panoramic views of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the Charles River.

Along with the renderings, The Wing also announced its regional pricing. In place of the $215 monthly price tag, Boston members will pay $185. An “all-access” membership, which grants entry to any Wing location in the country, goes for $250 per month.

Features of the 10,500-square-foot location will include a restaurant called “The Perch,” a beauty room, conference rooms, lockers, and a mother’s room.

Zara Rahim, a spokesperson for The Wing, has said that the company will work with local bookstores to create a library for the space that is “reflective of the the literary influences of Boston.”

Potential members can apply online. See photos of the future space below.
