The summer concert schedule at Fenway was already busy — and now another big-name act has joined the roster.

On Friday, the Zac Brown Band announced dates for its upcoming “Owl Tour,’’ performing at Fenway Park on Aug. 31. Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real will join the band in multiple cities, including Boston, per a release.

The Atlanta-based country group includes Brown, Coy Bowles, Clay Cook, Daniel de los Reyes, Jimmy De Martini, Chris Fryar, and Matt Mangano. The tour is in anticipation of the band’s upcoming (and so far unnamed) album, which will feature their newest hit single “Someone I Used to Know.’’

“With ‘The Owl Tour,’ our fans can expect some new and unexpected sounds woven into the signature Zac Brown Band live music experience,’’ Brown said in a statement. “The owl holds special meaning for us and we look forward to sharing this with everyone.’’

Tickets for the Boston performance go on sale Feb. 15. Also playing Fenway this summer: Phish, July 5-6; The Who, Sept. 13; and Billy Joel, Sept. 14.
